National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make our neighborhoods safer, more caring places to live. The National Night is held every year on the first Tuesday in August.
EPD Partner & Spouse Group is going to have a booth at one of the neighborhood block parties with our information, and we will have a face painter at our booth for an interactive component. As with every event, we need helping hands! This is a night out to community build, and have fun and positive interactions with Elgin residents.
